Specialising in both dynamic Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Dan’s aim is to take his students to a feeling of serenity and joy.
Known for his unique approach and calming presence, his classes blend mindfulness and movement, creating a supportive space for all to feel their best.
Dan’s journey into yoga is every bit as intriguing as his classes.
What started as a tool to treat a football injury quickly evolved into a passion, and with this, birth to a yogic way of life.
After training in the mountains of India and then teaching across 3 continents, he brings a depth of expertise in the following:
- Yoga & animal flow for complete flexibility and alignment
- Breath-work to increase energy flow
- Guided meditations for inner calm and healing
Dan’s teaching philosophy draws from his flamboyant Italian roots—a belief in owning your own practice and not taking it too seriously.
An advocate of “it’s not how it looks, rather it’s how it makes you feel," he wishes to improve the health of all his students in a calm and carefree style.
