Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing art, which has been handed down from teacher to pupil since the 3rd century BC. It is a unique and powerful massage therapy which combines dynamic assisted stretching influenced by Yoga, acupressure along energy lines influenced by Chinese acupuncture and Ayurveda. Rather than just using hands, fists, forearms and elbows (the standard tools of the Swedish massage) the masseuse feet and legs are also used. Thai Yoga Massage is as much meditation in action as it is a powerful therapy for body, mind and spirit.
The whole session with Patricia is two hours. Starting with reflexology on the feet, moving to more traditional Thai yoga massage on the body, and finishing with 30 minutes for the face and head.
