Join Maria and Nina’s invitation to get crystal clear on what your Heart’s highest desires are.

This journey will begin with an opening circle to establish a sense of safety and togetherness, followed by a short talk on astrological insights of this time and wisdom around the three energy centres you will be exploring throughout the workshop — Root, Heart and Third Eye chakras.

Through a guided intuitive movement practice led by Maria, you will be centred into your body, before anchoring into the Heart space through a guided crystal meditation supported by shamanic drumming.

To further harness the magic of this time and create more space in the Heart, you will be guided through a letting go ritual using the element of water, before finding stillness with a blue lotus ceremony.

We will sip the tea mindfully as we open ourselves to receive messages from a higher state of consciousness, clarifying our Heart’s desires and any intentions we may want to have once the upcoming new moon in Scorpio comes a few days later.

Nina will then offer a crystal bowls sound healing journey paired with her voice, while Maria shares crystal reiki healing for each person individually, inviting you to deepen into a state of relaxation and helping you to integrate the workshop.

The space will close with a short sharing circle, allowing you to contemplate on what you may have received during this time, and leaving you feeling grounded before heading home for a good night’s sleep.
