Please join us for a 90 minute restorative yin and sound meditation class. During this session, we will combine the power of stillness and sound to connect to our inner worlds and bodies. We’ll start the class with some breathing exercises, before diving into 50 minutes of deep stretching and movement before laying down for a 30 minute sound meditation. The combination of sound and yin is very powerful - it creates a flow of harmony with our nervous system and allows us the freedom to release our emotions and feelings.
The sound meditation will use singing bowls, gongs, voice, and small percussion. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed - just an open mind to the experience.
