Enjoy a gentle yoga session designed to support digestion and gut health.

13:00 | Gut-Loving Lunch
Savor a nourishing lunch and join a discussion on microbiome health, providing you with tips to support your gut going forward.

14:00 | Restorative Yoga & Healing Treatments
Indulge in restorative yoga accompanied by reflexology, reiki, and a hand and face massage with gua sha (gifted).

15:15 | Sweet Finale
Conclude the retreat with a delicious slice of fermented honey cake and a soothing cup of tea.
